BOLA - Hocking Ball Throwing Machine
Unlike human beings, the BOLA never tires. It will feed the perfect pass or shot at goal time after time. For all players, goalkeepers and coaches, frustration at poor passing shooting or feeding during training sessions can be a thing of the past. With the BOLA Hockey Machine, everyone can concentrate on quality practice and make maximum use of the available time. Training sessions with the BOLA are instantly more productive.
The 2012 Hockey machine benefits from a sophisticated new speed control package which is extremely energy efficient and offers much greater battery operation time so your training sessions will tire all but the most persistent of practisers.
The BOLA Hockey Machine is 12 volt battery operated so it can be used anywhere. Pick it up and put it down where you need it. Each battery charge lasts up to seven hours of continuous use with an overnight recharge from a car battery charger. There is also a mains option available for indoor training sessions using a BOLA Power Pack.
The BOLA Hockey Machine is derived from the the BOLA Cricket Bowling Machines and will take any ball of similar size to a cricket or hockey ball.

An automatic ball feeder to fit all BOLA Bowling Machines. Fitted in less than two minutes. Feeds a ball into the machine every 7 or 11 seconds (as selected). Optional remote control on/off switch which allows interruption of the sequence when required. Warning lights indicate release of ball. the ball feeder offers a unique solo batting practice facility or the option to coach from any position.
12v Leisure Battery
A sealed maintnenance free leisure battery for use with all BOLA machines. Fitted with a carrying handle for portability. Designed to be run flat and recharged as necessary (unlike automotive batteries). Gives between 2 and 6 hours use between recharges. Charge from 12 volt car charger of BOLA Power Pack (sold separately).

BOLA Power pack/battery charger (mains option)
A 230v (or 110v optional) high amperage transformer giving a smooth DC supply for BOLA Bowling Machines. this enables the BOLA to be used from a mains outlet. Circuitry also includes a built in battery charger for overnight charging of batteries.
